TOPW schedule 2016

The poll to decide the pattern for 2016’s schedule was won (only by a few votes) by “One Saturday and one Sunday a month (different weekends)”, so here’s the calendar:

January: 01*, 17
February: 06, 21
March: 05, 20
April: 02, 17
May: 07, 22
June: 04, 19
July: 02, 17
August: 06, 21
September: 03, 18
October: 01, 16
November: 05, 20
December: 03, 18

*We always start the year with the Hair Of The Dog walk, and given it’s a Friday that will replace the “first Saturday of the month” regular schedule.

As always (a) please let me know if you’d like to plan/lead a scheduled walk, because all help is greatly appreciated, and (b) “off-schedule” walks can be added if people want to organise them. (I’m going to try to move everything to the TOPW website to reduce the duplication but I’ve not had time to investigate this yet.)

The definition of “official walks” is changing for 2016: as long as the walk is published on both the TOPW Facebook group and Flickr group then we can consider it “official” (and therefore share those shots in both places).

Disclaimer! If we discover there isn’t enough interest in Sunday walks, or the new “official” walk definition isn’t working, then we will change things.
