[Flickr thread] [Facebook events: Saturday and Sunday]
Hi,
I am interested in photography group and want to join the group.
Please let me know the process for joining the group.
Regards
Rathin
Hi Rathin,
There’s no formal join up process – just follow this blog (you can subscribe for email updates in the sidebar), join the Flickr group or the Facebook group. I post the same info for the walks on all three places, but there’s a lot more discussion on Flickr; after the walk we each post our best shots to the Flickr group.
I usually post a walk’s details about a week beforehand; if people reply to let me know they’re coming it really helps me estimate the size of the group for when I make reservations.
The walks are planned to start at 10am and finish (at a bar) about 5:30pm, with a lunch stop about 12:30. Some people join us after the start; some leave before the end; some do the whole walk; some even do both days (the plan for the Saturday and Sunday walks is the same).
I hope that gives you enough; there’s an FAQ (http://torontophotowalks.ca/faq/) but if you still have questions let me know or post on the Flickr forum – they’re usually reply a lot quicker then I do! 🙂
Hope to see you on a walk soon.
Paul.
Thanks Paul,
For sharing the information. I will definitely keep an eye on the website.
