Leaderless in the Beaches, January 26th

Posted on January 22, 2019January 23, 2019 by Paul Henman

We’ve not explored the East End in a while.

Meet at 10:00am on Saturday, January 26th. (The weather forecast looks cold so wrap up; bring spare batteries if you can and keep them warm too!)

We’ll congregate at Remarkable Bean, 2242 Queen St E (at Beech Ave).

Starting at the R.C.Harris Water Treatment Plant – it’s very close to Neville Loop, at the east end of the Queen streetcar route.

I’m sure we’ll wander around there for a while, and then probably head west along the boardwalk before finding somewhere on Queen Street for lunch. Maybe more walking after lunch if people are interested.

Forecast for tomorrow is COLD but dry; EnvCanada says -22 windchill, probably colder by the lake, so be prepared!
