Georgette and Michael are leading the daytime walk on October 3rd:
Unfortunately due to restrictions through Kelby and the WWPW website, this walk at this time is not actually a WWPW. We have been informed that until the Rouge Park walk and the Nuit Blanche night walk are full, we cannot have another registered walk. But that doesn’t stop us from having our usual first Saturday of the month jaunt! 😀
We’ll be starting at 10am at Queen’s Quay West at Dan Leckie Way and meandering north up and then westward. We will pass by Fort York as well as the Roger’s Centre and the Steamwhistle Brewery/Round House. We will move up to Front and over towards St. Lawrence Market where folks will be able to decide on what they would like for lunch from all the options there.
After lunch we will be sure to hit the underpasses that have some wonderful artwork by several local graffiti artists. And of course, there will be lots more to see in between. The ending will be at Cherry Street and Villiers Street at Keating Channel Pub.
Feel free to come and go as you please. If you need to contact the walk leaders, please contact Michael at (416)258-6229 or co-herder Georgette at (416)602-4233.
Final map still going through the tweaking in the upcoming weekend so stay tuned!
The hashtag will be “TOPW:QQCS” for this walk.
And for those so inclined and still want more walking and shooting, you can also check out Caroline’s Nuit Blanche walk.
Hope to see you out folks!
